I built Chess Knight because I've always liked the way the knight moves in chess, but I wanted to turn it into a dedicated logic puzzle. In this game, you have to get the knight to a green square while dodging "disabled" cells. You only get a certain amount of steps per level, so you can't just click around—you have to plan.
I wanted to make something for people who like to think a few moves ahead. It's a quick way to test your logic right in your browser without needing a full chess set or an opponent.
Think Ahead with Every Move
Every level gives you a new board layout. Since the knight moves in an "L" shape, you have to visualize your path before you start moving. If you hit a dead end or run out of steps, you're stuck. It’s a great way to practice spatial reasoning and problem-solving in short bursts.
I’ve found that playing through a few levels is a solid mental workout. It forces you to focus on the board and map out a strategy, which is perfect when you want to keep your brain active during a break.
"Chess Knight is great for thinking ahead. I love planning my moves to reach the green square efficiently."

"A fun online chess puzzle. It’s challenging but addictive, and I can play a few levels in minutes."

A Simple Logic Challenge
I kept the design clean so you can focus entirely on the puzzle. The levels get harder as you go, which keeps things interesting. It’s not about being a chess pro; it’s just about figuring out the most efficient way to reach the target.
Since this runs right in your browser, you can jump in and solve a few puzzles whenever you have a minute. If you like strategy games that make you stop and think, I think you'll get a kick out of this.
