Welcome to Moadly! This app brings you quick and fun mini-games designed to train your brain every day. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

By using Moadly, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age. Use of the app by anyone under 16 is not permitted.

Using Moadly

Moadly provides mini-games challenging memory, focus, and critical thinking. Some games are free, while others require a subscription. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to extract the source code, scrape data, or interfere with the app's security features.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions remove ads and provide access to all games.

Payments: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
No Refunds: All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Since transactions are handled by the platform providers, Moadly cannot issue refunds directly.
Management: You must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple or Google account settings. If you purchased using Stripe you can cancel your subscription on the Pro plans page. If you're running into issues doing so please contact us using the link on the side menu.

Account Information and Security

Creating an account helps keep track of progress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User-Generated Content (Forum)

Moadly provides a forum for interaction. By posting content, you grant Moadly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content. You may not post content that is:

Illegal, offensive, or harassing.
Infringing on others' intellectual property.
Spam or commercial solicitation.

We reserve the right to remove any content or ban users who violate these rules at our sole discretion.

Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your Moadly account permanently at any time. This will erase all progress, scores, and personal information. This action is irreversible.

Moadly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Ads and Third-Party Links

To keep Moadly accessible, ads appear for free users. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. The app may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Intellectual Property

All content in Moadly (games, graphics, code, and text) belongs to Moadly or its licensors. Some icons and illustrations used in Moadly are provided by Freepik and are used with attribution under the Free License. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Liability Disclaimer

Use at your own risk. Moadly is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise any health or cognitive outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moadly (and its developer) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the app, including loss of data or emotional distress.
