We share hashed, pseudonymized versions of your email address with our advertising partner, Mediavine, to facilitate interest-based advertising.
Purchases
When points are purchased in the app, payment is processed through the platform’s secure system (like Apple or Google). Moadly does not store your payment info directly. All purchases are non-refundable.

Newsletter and Communications
We offer a monthly memory report to help you track your cognitive progress and stay updated on new training games. When you opt-in, we use the verified email address provided by your Google or Apple account, or the email address you used during registration, to deliver these reports.
Responsibility & Privacy: It is your responsibility to ensure you use an email address that belongs to you. Registering with an email address that is not yours is strictly prohibited. We process this data based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Your Choices: You can opt-out of these communications at any time. Every email contains an "Unsubscribe" link, or you can manage your preference directly below if you are logged in.
