Moadly: Survey Study
So far, feedback has been collected from 1328 participants who had used the app for at least one week. This survey is part of an ongoing study. Participants are allowed to submit responses once per month.
What is your age group?
Have you noticed any improvement in your memory after using the app?
How likely are you to recommend Moadly as a tool to improve memory?
Memory training apps are everywhere, but the truth is, most studies on them are inconclusive. Some users see improvements, others don’t, and it’s hard to know what’s real versus just a temporary boost in focus or attention.
Tracking memory improvement is tricky. Standard tests can measure some aspects, but subtle changes in daily life are often missed. Many studies happen in labs, which doesn’t always reflect how people actually use apps in their day-to-day routines.
Our survey is not a scientific study. It won’t prove that memory is improving. Instead, it’s a way to hear directly from users about their experience with the app, what they notice, and what they enjoy. Think of it as a way to get a feel for the app and the people using it.
By collecting feedback from a wide range of users, we can see trends like which exercises are most engaging or which age groups are most active. While this doesn’t establish cause-and-effect, it helps us understand who is using the app and how it’s being experienced in the real world.
In short, this is an ongoing, exploratory study. It’s about gathering insights, not publishing conclusions. Your responses help us improve the app, make it more enjoyable, and maybe even guide future research-all while keeping it fun and practical for everyday users.
As more responses are collected, we will continue to expand the survey and track changes in user feedback and perceived improvements over time.

Early Insights from the Moadly Survey
It is exciting to see how the community is growing. With over 1,300 voices heard, we are starting to see a clear picture of how you use the app. Here are a few things we have learned so far:
- Younger users lead the way. Most of you are under 25. This shows that students and young professionals are looking for digital ways to stay sharp. It is like a gym membership for your brain!
- Perceived progress is high. About 77% of you feel like your memory is getting better. While the scientific consensus on brain games is still being debated, your personal experience is a great start. It is wonderful to see that "brain fog" starting to lift.
- Word of mouth is strong. Since 63% of you would recommend Moadly to a friend, we know the app is hitting the mark. This lines up with how working memory training works best when you stay motivated and engaged.
- Real-world use beats lab tests. We are learning more from your daily routines than a sterile lab could ever show. This feedback helps us pivot and build tools that actually fit into your busy life, much like the latest digital health studies suggest.
