Try to match your selected color on the gradient with the one in the circle. To get to the next level you need to be 49% or closer. As you progress the gradient becomes more and more difficult to notice.
Color Match is a free brain web game that tests your visual perception and color differentiation. A target color appears in the circle, and your goal is to find its exact match within a shifting gradient bar. With only 6 seconds per round, it is a direct test of rapid visual processing and precision.
I designed this to be a high-stakes sensory drill. To advance to the next level, you must achieve at least a 49% match accuracy. As you progress, the game becomes significantly more difficult as the gradient interval shrinks, forcing you to detect nearly imperceptible differences between shades. It is a straightforward way to see how well you can maintain focus under time pressure.
Why Play Color Match?
It trains visual acuity and subtle color recognition.
Short, 6-second rounds provide an intense burst of mental activity.
Difficulty scales by narrowing the color spectrum, making every pixel count.
It runs instantly in your browser with no setup or downloads.
"Incredible! It really makes you second-guess your eyes when the shades get so similar."
- HueHunter
"A perfect quick drill. The rush to find that 49% match before the timer runs out is addictive."
- PalettePro
The interface is minimal so you can stay focused entirely on the colors. Success depends on your ability to scan the gradient and commit to a choice without hesitation. Color Match is available anytime in your browser for a fast, effective visual cognitive workout.
