Second Biggest Number is a free brain web game that tests your ability to scan data and make fast comparisons. A set of numbers appears on the screen, and you have to identify the second largest value in the group. You only have 6 seconds per round, making it a direct test of visual scanning and rapid reasoning.

I designed this to be a quick mental drill. If you pick the wrong number or let the timer hit zero, the game ends. As you advance, the sets include larger numbers and repeated digits to make the comparison more difficult. It’s a straightforward way to see how well you can maintain focus when you have to filter out the obvious answer for the correct one.
